Rental of the selected apartment, individually controlled air conditioning, heating, electricity, water, gas, daily cleaning (excluding kitchenette), linen supply with biweekly change (for bathroom and kitchen) and weekly (per bedroom), hairdryer, TV color both in the bedroom and in the living room, crockery and kitchen battery complete, refrigerator, safe, beach service with umbrella, 1 deckchair and 1 bed per apartment, cabin use (subject to availability).
In the immediate vicinity of the Residence there are all kinds of commercial activities and you can practice many sports such as: football, tennis, water slide, bowling, bowling and more.

EARLY BOOKING: reservations confirmed with deposit by March 30th: 5% discount.
LONG STAY: 10% discount for stays from 3 weeks onwards, excluding the period 01/08 - 24/08.
WELCOME BACK*: 5% discount for those who stayed in the residence (min 1 week) in previous years. Excluding period 01/08 - 24/08.

The apartment is available from 16:00 on the day of arrival (Saturday or Sunday) and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure (Saturday or Sunday).
Reservations are confirmed only and exclusively upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the agreed price; the balance must be paid upon arrival. In case of renunciation for any reason, for any reason, without exception, from the scheduled date of a confirmed booking, the entire amount of the deposit paid will be withheld.
For departures early or late arrivals no reduction of the established price is foreseen. The Management is relieved of any responsibility deriving from any shortages of personal effects, valuables and cash held in the apartments.
